United Way of Metro Chicago runs a competitive application process supporting high quality programs that serve individuals and families in our geographic footprint. Agencies selected for funding align precisely with our focus areas, present evidence-based models for service delivery, demonstrate effectiveness with data-rich results and utilize United Way’s measurement framework.
United Way of Metro Chicago is postponing our Community Impact Fund application as we explore additional ways to strengthen families and neighborhoods. As this new approach takes shape, we will shift the next grant cycle one year. This change will take effect in the FY21/22 grant cycle, meaning our next round of awards will start on July 1, 2020.
Check back in Fall 2019 for details about the new application process.
If you would like to speak with a United Way staff member, please email your question to email@example.com, and we will gladly connect you the appropriate person on our team.
