How to Build Resilience During Uncertain Times
Join United Way of Metro Chicago’s Women United and Cait Ross — Speaker, Wellness Advisor and Resilience Expert — as we explore ways to build resilience through mindfulness, time management and our physical health. Together, we will learn the science behind stress, how our brains are wired to handle stressful experiences (big or small), and how to rewire your mindset and habits to have a healthier relationship with the inevitable stress that life provides.

You will leave feeling more in control of your thoughts, emotions and habits and will learn three tangible and actionable wellness tools that you can implement in your daily life immediately following the session. You won’t want to miss this interactive event! Say yes to yourself and your well-being and join us on March, 4 from 5-6pm CST.
