Join United Way of Metro Chicago’s Women United and Cait Ross — Speaker, Wellness Advisor and Resilience Expert — as we explore ways to build resilience through mindfulness, time management and our physical health. Together, we will learn the science behind stress, how our brains are wired to handle stressful experiences (big or small), and how to rewire your mindset and habits to have a healthier relationship with the inevitable stress that life provides.
