In celebration of Women’s History Month, United Way of Metro Chicago’s Women United chapter invites you to Purposeful Transitions: Women Blazing Trails.
This breakfast networking event will feature a fireside chat with Grace B. Hou, Deputy Governor for Health and Human Services, and Linda Coberly, United Way of Metro Chicago Board Chair and Chair of the Appellate and Critical Motions Practice at Winston & Strawn LLP.
These powerhouse women will discuss breaking glass ceilings by successfully navigating traditionally male leadership spaces, their drive and passion for advancing equity in community, and the passage of the Equal Rights Amendment in Illinois. The program will conclude with a personal break-out session in which attendees will create a plan to kick-start change in their own lives.
