Kimberly Bors is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Dover Corporation, having joined the Company in January 2020. She serves as an officer of the company and is responsible for all global Human Resources functions, including compensation, benefits, HR operations, talent acquisition, talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development and team engagement, and for Corporate Communications.
Ms. Bors has more than 35 years of global business experience across multiple industries in both senior human resources and general management roles. Prior to joining Dover, Ms. Bors served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of The Mosaic Company, responsible for all aspects of strategic human resources for this $10 billion global mining and chemical processing company.
Previously, Ms. Bors held executive-level positions at Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, IDEX, Brunswick and Outboard Marine (Chris-Craft Boats division). She holds an MBA concentrating in Finance and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior and Management, both from the University of Houston. Ms. Bors also serves on the board of the American Heart Association, is Chairman of the Board of Kohl Children’s Museum of Greater Chicago and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.
Dr. Benjamin Ritter is a leadership, career, and empowerment coach, national speaker, podcaster, author, mentor, and passionate about guiding others in finding, creating, and sustaining a career they love.
With over 10 years of experience coaching and a background in organizational leadership and adult learning theory Dr. Benjamin Ritter understands how to navigate any career path you decide you want to travel.
Since launching his coaching practice he has guided hundreds of professionals toward creating the career they love and has impacted thousands through his events and media content.
From empowering young professionals to take accountability and feel empowered over their own levels of job satisfaction and careers, to guiding senior leadership on how to stand out from the competition, develop executive presence, and discover meaningful work, Ben is an expert in his field that will guide you toward truly living for yourself at work and in life.
