Training Tomorrow's Leaders to Build a United Chicago

Each training cohort is designed to provide participants with a deep understanding of community opportunities and challenges, along with the tools to best leverage their skills in service of Greater Chicago.

This year, our program is supported by our title partner, Gallagher.

Applicants will be selected based on demonstrated commitment to community, and will include mid-career professionals from a wide range of backgrounds and industries.

Spring 2023 Schedule:

February 23, 2023 - May 19, 2023


6 Scheduled Sessions mostly on Friday mornings.
The first session will be a full day, held in person in the Chicago Loop, and on a Thursday.
Remaining sessions will be held virtually on Friday mornings.
