For Cherry, the most meaningful part of her work begins the moment she starts her shift, “putting on my headset knowing I’m about to change someone’s life by giving them hope, peace of mind, and a solution with resources that many people don’t know are available to them,” she said. For Mike, he brings calm and care to every call he answers, offering life-changing support, one conversation at a time.
