Effective Steering Committee Development
This training is designed to strengthen the effectiveness and sustainability of Neighborhood Networks Steering Committees. Participants will explore the network governance structure, examine Steering Committee frameworks, and gain practical guidance on committee roles, responsibilities, and development priorities. The training will also focus on strategies for increasing member engagement, fostering shared commitment and accountability, and strengthening committee leadership.
